Well execute the TH China branding strategy via TH Menswear and Tailored.
Responsible for the product innovation under global direction, including but not limited to product mix, process optimization, design improvement etc., aiming to optimize the assortment to suit to local markets and the product mix to be more commercial.
Drive the internal process to be more efficient, raise the local production contribution.
Control and instruct the price strategy, responsible for the gross margin.
Have an overview of the global and China product trend and development, creating related action plan to achieve the sales growth and profits.
Work in partnership with global and regional merchandising, division teams and central sourcing.
Support the business of all channels, cooperating with their merchandisers.
Leading and monitor the daily work of menswear merchandising team.
Be responsible for the products quality, defect recall and issue solution.
Work with local and region logistic team and European central sourcing team to tracking the delivery.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Accountable for sales target, IMU control, Sell Thru achievement, health of stock turnover.
Brief global division teams on the trend and request of local market, to ensure the suitable merchandising assortment.
Make the business forecast and buy plan according to sales analysis, brand strategy, KPI target.
Attend the global market launch to make the style selection and submit the special addition request.
Present and deliver new season products and concept in China market launch, collect and submit China order to global team on time.
Leading team to follow the orders, working close with division for the changes or cancellation.
Maintain consistent brand image by collaborating with Marketing, Visual Merchandising and Ecommerce department.
Work closely with Operation department in achieving the sales targets, reporting regularly the products performance to director, and to sales team for reference.
Market survey and analysis of competitors seasonally, review and adjust menswear pricing structure accordingly.
Oversee and well communicate with BO and global center-sourcing team for quality issues.
Tracking the GB testing results, close work with the colleagues responsible for quality testing, defects claim etc.
Communication skills with both internal and external customers, with region and global teams.
Wide and profound fashion design knowledge and familiar with merchandise business.
Strong data sense and analysis capability
The ability to work under pressure independently and to tight deadlines maintaining attention to detail
High potential to suitable for further business expanding

Good planning and priority management. Flexibility to adjust quickly to changes and deliver on tight deadlines.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:8 years experience in retail industry
Strong Analytical and communication skills.
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Good logical sense, good at reporting.
Excellent window office skills.
Strong interpersonal skills; positive, energetic, empathetic and open minded.
Education: College degree or above, major in garment.
