PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Follow up franchisees/stores KPI analysis and accomplish variety sales report.
Follow up and feedback of important holidays and shopping mall activities and the action plan of franchisees.
Supervising products, coordinating the replenishment and product adjustment.
Support new store opening preparations.
Work closely with Product Dept. to give new-launch product training, work with VM team on the store display.
Managing store image by photos and store visits.
Provide sales training to franchisees salesperson and franchises traine
Establish the brand training guideline of franchise and the operation process of stores, and combining the retail experience
Help implement relative sales targets for the franchisees
Support area manager about the market week.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
At least 3 years relevant working experience
Strong communication abilities and adaptation to frequent business trips
Microsoft office skill: Excel and PowerPoint
Education: Bachelor Degree
