Department Information
The team consists of 8 colleagues based in Amsterdam. The Marketing & Communications team has 3 key objectives:
\n\nDrive traffic and conversion @ full price
\nConsistently bring the brand to life in the markets
\nBe a pro-active business partner

Position Description and Responsiblities
In this role you will roll out the campaigns to the sales channels, including Tommy.com (Retail, Wholesale, and Outlet). In addition, you will:
\n\nDrive the sell through for Retail, Wholesale and Outlet
\nHigh exposure in servicing all 13 markets (with access to all tools), managing all divisions
\nProduction: retail team
\nHave strong brand awareness
\n\nAs Marketing Manager, Sales Activation, you will leverage global, European and local campaigns into marketing activation plans that support the business in our Retail, Outlet, Wholesale and Franchise channels. You will build your plans on key KPIs and business objectives, being commercially aware whilst driving brand messaging through all channels.
You will act as a partner and expert for local marketing managers to optimize their briefs guiding them through the process if needed. You will identify creative opportunities with new campaigns, partnerships and general trade marketing. The function reports to the Senior Marketing Manager, Sales Activation, in Amsterdam. In addition, you will:
\n\nThink strategically and customer-centric when rolling out campaigns, capturing a holistic consumer journey through all sales channels and touchpoints
\nInfluence and federate around your ideas, working with multiple stakeholders who have diverse interests and objectives. internally and externally, you will build success in a fast-changing environment
\nBe the source of inspiration, bringing the products from all divisions and campaigns to the heart of the story and to the consumer

The Ideal Candidate
Our ideal candidate will be a strong influencer with a global mind-set, ideally with a background in or experience with fashion / apparel. In addition:
\n\nA completed university or Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Communications
\n4-6 years relevant working experience in fashion or in relevant functions in an international matrix/complex organization
\nA track record in Project Management (managing multiple projects simultaneously), combined with a flexible approach to (last-minute) changes
\nA strong consumer focus and service-minded approach
\nResults-oriented, proactive, hands-on, and forward thinking
\nA strong aesthetic and eye for detail, paired with a holistic Marketing view
\nGood interpersonal communication skills: team player, manage vendors, stakeholder management, interdepartmental collaboration
\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office programs; Excel (Pivot), PowerPoint and Keynote
\nBusiness-level fluency in English, both written and verbal
\nAdditional languages (with a preference for German or Spanish) a plus
