Job Description

The Executive Vice President- Enterprise Architecture will oversee the governance of PVH's technical architecture; build out industry-leading enterprise architecture function; drive the adoption of next-gen, flexible architecture to enable end-to-end business solutions.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Develop and enable the implementation of overall PVH technology architecture strategy & roadmap
Engage business and technology leaders to develop scalable solutions for the business
Define and enforce architecture principles & standards, lead Architecture Review Board
Enable the delivery of business outcomes; identify critical deficiencies as well as opportunities for digital transformation; propose solutions
Support technology org. in achievement of key strategic objectives (e.g. increased adoption of agile)
Identify opportunities to standardize technology landscape for improved efficiency, effectiveness, & risk mgmt, while maintaining business responsiveness
Maintain list of approved technologies and identify relevant new technologies
Enable the delivery of business outcomes; identify critical deficiencies as well as opportunities for digital transformation; propose solutions
Support technology org. in achievement of key strategic objectives (e.g. increased adoption of agile)
Identify opportunities to standardize technology landscape for improved efficiency, effectiveness, & risk mgmt, while maintaining business responsiveness
Build and maintain relationships with business executives to develop a clear understanding of business needs and opportunities for technology solution advancements/improvements.
Strong negotiation skills partnering with CIO on global cost-effective and innovative solutions. Stay abreast of industry trends in order to be competitive in the market.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
15-20 years of experience in architecture and at least one of the following IT disciplines (application development, infrastructure and operations) in a multi-tier environment
5-10 years of experience in a leadership capacity, with increasing scope of responsibility
8 years of experience influencing key decision makers or senior executives in a large, cross-functional team setting.
Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, organization design & development and the ability to lead transformational initiatives in complex and dynamic environments.

Education:
Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering
