Job Description

Buy right to grow Ecom business
Build Ecom OTB with planner and buy for Ecom business
Deep dive product performance and optimize online assortment buying to meet with sales target and sell through KPI
Being as ecommerce ambassador reflects what works and what doesnt work online to reginal and china local merchandising team
Coordinate with Brand merchandisers to make sure assortments reflect the brand vision and seasonal story
Market analysis and performance review

Build insight on Ecom market trend and maximize sales opportunities
Competitor analysis and action plan
Weekly, monthly, seasonal product review and big online campaign review
Support sales

Product training for Customer Service team
Work with marketing to highlight product unique selling point on PDP
Manage TP merchandising team in online merchandising management
Manage online merchandise presentation to ensure product category, imagery, copy, pricing, site placement and promotional tags are accurate and meet brand standards
Stock management

Ecom stock allocation on timeline fashion
Stock movement between online and retail before and after big online campaigns
Monitor online availability and seasonal launch
Online offline price alignment

3 years in retail/Ecom merchandiser experience
Ecom related experience is plus

Good oral/written English
Good Computer, excel and PPT skills
Good communication skill
Education: Bachelor degree or higher-level education, major in Fashion related fields preferred
