POSITION SUMMARY:
The role of the Paid Social Media Manager, Omni Channel Media is to provide direct support to the Director Social, Omni Channel Media to execute cross-channel media campaign planning and activation across multiple Heritage brands and media initiatives with a core focus in all things social media. This role manages the functions involved in paid social media specifically and manages campaign planning, execution/trafficking, creative best practices, partnering with media vendors and social platforms and overseeing/supporting community management duties. Ability to multitask effectively; be proactive in seeking out opportunities to assist the team in all endeavors, be a flexible and adaptable team player in dynamic environment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Has an understanding of how all media channels work together to support larger team in providing media plans for multiple brands with social media at the core
Act as a subject matter expert on paid social media marketing and work closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure campaign based on the KPIs, objectives and strategic testing
Plan, launch and analyze complex paid social campaigns including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat and LinkedIn across multiple brands
Responsible for leading strategic tests and able to analyze/share key learnings with larger internal teams for future campaign
Oversee all social media business manager accounts to set up pixels, ad accounts, billing, password protection/security, manage global page access for different licensees and general page consistency ensuring all best practices are being met
Govern all brands social media channels daily, including paid/organic content for community management and customer service support through Sprinklr
Submits creative requests into project management tool and include documentation on best practices related to media ad formats
Review and quality check all social media content before trafficking to media vendor or posting organically on owned channels
Conduct competitive research and compile industry information when appropriate and needed, all while maintaining data/reports for future use

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience: 4-6 years of related experience in marketing and/or media with paid social experience

Education: Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university preferred
