Department Description
You are part of the bigger centralized HR team of 50 colleagues who are all based in Amsterdam. We are looking to expand our team with an HR Operations Administrator who is eager to provide support to colleagues (face to face). The HR team is now driving efficiency processes across the entire team, creating one voice for HR to our internal clients. In this position, you take part in a bigger HR transformation to better service Associate questions on topics such as: onboarding, employee life cycle, employee contracts, travel and payroll. You will also liaise with your HR colleagues to ensure the right support can be given to the Associate.

Position Description
In this role, you are responsible for all administering and processing of employee related administration. You will be the 1st point of contact for all HR day-to-day service related questions and will provide the needed support. You will join a team of 5 colleagues and report to the Manager HR Operations.
\nMain tasks
\n\nCreate contracts for New Hires
\nProcess new hires and exits
\nMaintaining employee data
\nCreation of monthly payroll mutations list
\nDaily updating and maintaining of filing employee documentation
\nCreation of (confirmation) letters
\nAdministration of employee benefits (gym, travel cards, pension, etc.)
\nResponsible for administration for Maternity leave and Parental leave
\nGeneral support within the team as needed
\nSeek ways to improve the efficiency in & around the team
Position Requirements
\nA completed MBO or HBO
\nBetween 0-2 years experience in the area of HR payroll administration, in a HRIS tool, preferably in an international organization
\nGood command of MSOffice: Excel, Word and Outlook
\nStrong communication skills: advising skills, servicing mentality, friendly
\nStrong team player: proactive support your team, the business (transparency)
\nStrong eye for details
\nSuperior administration and organizational skills, combined with flexibility
\nAbility to follow up & meet deadlines (result oriented)
\nSelf-driven; set priorities, be proactive & hands on
\nMust have high standard of discretion and integrity (confidential info)
\nBusiness fluency in English (written and spoken); Dutch would be a plus
