Department Information
The TH Marketing & Communications department has 3 key objectives:
\n\nDrive traffic and conversion @ full price
\nConsistently bring the brand to life in the markets
\nBe a pro-active business partner
\n\nIts scope includes setting strategies, and giving direction and servicing the business of its clients: Divisions, Countries, Departments, Licensing Partners and Senior Management. It is the point of liaison between client needs, the brand and the final consumer.
\nOur core competences cover a wide variety of capabilities: brand management, corporate communications, advertising, media management, promotion management, trade marketing, campaign creation, in-store marketing (POS), digital marketing, event management, sponsoring, PR management and celebrity endorsement.
\nPVH is on a journey building a new consumer insight function, tasked to secure that we build the data content and the insights which have the power to influence all the major decision making process in the business. Hiring these two positions is a first step in the growth of the function having brought onboard a VP Consumer Insights earlier in 2017.

Position Description
This position is targeted to build our planning and execution capability supporting the business planning process, insight project execution and establishing the framework for connecting the insight team and the content developed with the broader organization both in HQ and across markets. The position in meant to be preparation and a spring board for a more senior position within the insight team or a similar organization - over time.
\nPosition responsibility
\n\nSupport & work with the core digital & commercial insights tool across Crimson Hexagon social listening, Google based search analysis and sell out data from both owned channels and wholesale to secure regular delivery to the business.
\nManage the portfolio of syndicated insights tools and secure regular reporting of the required content.
\nBuild the infrastructure and secure our ability to report on competitors pulling from all our different data sources
\nBuild and manage a portal or data base which allows general access to all insight content created (including in an easy to manage manner and secure communication to the company at large so that more co-workers are aware of the work done and are able to access and work with it
\nSecure execution of both ad hoc and ongoing insight projects, coordinating across agencies and PVH globally
\nBuild the presentation content required from CI in all major meetings.
Position Requirements
\nAbility to network with a range of different people and departments ideally with experience within PVH or similar organisation
\nStrong with technical data analytics skills ability to manipulate and create clear views of large data sets.
\nMust be brilliant at building visually impactful presentation content both in power point and keynote.
\nExperience in building and managing information data base.
\nEmpathy for and in interest in consumers and brand management in general in order to enable the individual to understand and engage with all data managed
\nEmotionally resilient and able to work with ambiguity.
\nStrong educational background demonstrating the required skills and 12-24 months of relevant work experience (internships included).
