Position Description
As the PVHE IT Controls Support Analyst, you will act as the first line of defense to execute, monitor and challenge internal controls within the IT Department. You will provide support to IT management and collaborate with Internal Control to define, monitor, execute, analyze and enhance IT processes:
\n\nManage and drive compliance of Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) program and Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) requirements, focusing on IT General Controls and Application Controls for the IT Department.
\nMake recommendations that add value, provide maximum payback to the business or process under review in an effort to drive adoption.
\n\n
You will:
\n\nReview/formulate/challenge procedures and processes to meet corporate governance and internal control requirements.
\nAct as the First Line of Defense to execute and monitor all IT General Controls (ITGC) and Application Controls, including:
\nExecution on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis of various key controls over system access, change management and computer operations.
\nEnsuring that controls executed by various control owners are performed timely and effectively documented to meet internal control standards / requirements.
\nAssessment and validation of user access (including appropriateness of activity) to critical transactions and possible segregation of duty violations.
\nProvide subject matter expertise to the IT Department on control design, implementation, execution and standardization.
\nPerform root cause analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and enhancement.
\nPromote awareness on compliance issues or requirements.
\nReview the suitability of internal control design (including the ability to conceptualize business requirements and related risks to identify possible automated controls).
\nAssess ongoing compliance with policies and procedures.
\nLiaise with Internal and External Auditors during the annual audit to provide evidence and explanations with respect to internal control compliance efforts
\nWork on special projects as deemed necessary.

Position Requirements
Education and Experience:
\n\nUniversity degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field required.
\nPrior experience includes 4+ years Information Systems / IT Auditing; Big 4 Experience is a plus
\nExperience working with SOX or similar ICFR frameworks from an IT perspective.
\n\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:
\n
\n\nKnowledge of COSO and COBIT internal control frameworks
\nExperience operating and/or auditing in an SAP environment - SAP ERP and GRC
\nAbility to lead, facilitate, and organize diverse stakeholders to achieve business results.
\nExcellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
\nStrong analytical skills, process oriented, problem identification/solving skills and close attention to detail required
\nExcellent organizational and interpersonal skills
\nA self-starter, confident to ask for direction when required
\nDemonstrated adaptability to change, continuous learning, and problem solving required.
\nProficiency with MSOffice Suite
\nCISA certification is a plus
