Job Description

The role of the District Manager is provide direction to all associates within the territory for the purpose of driving sales and executing enhanced environments with key retailers while increasing the corporate visibility of all PVH brands. The ideal candidate will provide feedback to the businesses on actionable opportunities for all families of business and retailers.

Execution: Insure proper level of planning and development to achieve desired results.driving sales. Prepares directional guides in power point for subordinates to clarify mission.
Relationship Management: Manage and build interpersonal relationships with store management, visual and store personnel. Develop relationships with PVH management.
Communication: Provide constructive, comprehensive and frequent on-going feedback to PVH division leaders and management related to issues, opportunities and successes to drive sales and enhance the environment. Tell the story and show actionable callouts, in power point presentations.
Training and Development: Provide key and necessary direction, motivate / coach team and stores to create strong morale to drive and maximize the business. Create power point directives to lead associates.
Administrative: Process, monitor, and analyze a variety of reports on an on-going basis related to team and store(s) to maintain, enhance and drive sales. Create process to optimize efficiency of the job. Balance store responsibilities, travel and weekly tasks.
Human Resources Management: Recruiting, hiring and training to ensure proper level of coverage within territory. Administer performance management program to promote proper level of growth and development.
Store Visits: Support team in their efforts of merchandising, marketing (retail development), space, planning and placement of multiple categories. Establish strong relationships with retail partners. Be a role model to your team. Required 2xs a year to each associate.


Experience: 5 to 8 years of retail management experience, or equivalent.

Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent

Proficient PC skills, including Word, Excel, and outlook.
Must have excellent power point skills.
Advanced verbal, written and nonverbal communication skills, including negotiating and forward thinking.
Advanced analytical skills with complete comprehension of sales reports, business by location, and retail math.
Strong understanding of current market trends and innovative approaches.
