Single point of contact for key stakeholders in each functional areas of Speedo USA and the President of Heritage Sportswear
Partners with SVP of Creative Services to build out marketing plans to support busines, brand and product initiatives.
Develops communications strategy against new product launches, and present back to key stakeholders for approval.
Manages and coordinates the execution of key marketing projects with Creative, Marketing, and Media teams.
Supervises Marketing Manager on the coordination, production and organization of all in-store and on-line marketing for all wholesale accounts, team dealers and on-line pure-plays.
Partners with sales teams to help build or manage sell-in materials, including presentations, showroom set-ups, and catalogues / workbooks
Supervises the Event Activation Specialist. Overseeing the execution of all on-deck events, trade shows and other consumer facing events.
Builds and tracks annual in-store marketing, co-op marketing and account marketing budgets.
Collaborates with Project Manager to reports project status to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Ensures deliverables meet all requirements set forth in briefs and are completed by deadlines.
Partner with consumer insights group to execute consumer marketing research and do industry research. Keep records of all consumer insights and other research.
Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing activities, including product launches and business growth initiatives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
Strong presentation skills
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Ability to manage multiple projects; must be detail oriented and highly skilled in time management
Great initiative with the ability to be a collaborative and team player, especially with remote teams and people.
Excellent ability to maintain diplomacy, composure and effectiveness in a fast paced environment

8+ years of experience in a Marketing, preferably in the activewear and/or sporting goods industry.
Experience working in with wholesale accounts (Kohls, JCP, Dicks Sporting Goods, Target, Amazon, etc...) and direct to consumer ecommerce.
Bachelors Degree required
