Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Assist TH Retail Manager in stores operations.
Manage stores inventory in a rational manner.
Lead the sales force to achieve the sales budget.
Minimize the staff turnover and retain the talent in the store level.
Cooperate with other area supervisors and team members to maximize the productivity.
Cooperate with other depts. in all retail related matters
Maintain the healthy relationship with the landlords/property management to protect the best interest of the company.

Strong fashion sense, passionate about Fashion trend
Has the leadership and strong logicality
Have relevant work experience

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
At least 5 years experience in retail apparel, minimum 2-3 years Area Supervisor Experience

Skills:
Strong communication skills internal and external.
Computer Skills
Sales driven
Out-going personality with strong team work spirit
Good English

Education: Diploma, or University graduate in Fashion or related majors
