Job Description

ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to)
Assure that online and in-store needs are being met while respecting key deadlines
Collaborate with account teams (internally and externally) to deliver marketing assets and needs for their respective channel (in-store, .com, social etc.)
Ongoing e-commerce support for all accounts delivery of product images, copy, video etc.
Assist in the sourcing of branded product, event needs and other marketing supplies
Invoice tracking and management
Work with various SAAS programs to source product information and assets, as well as make marketing requests for print and/or digital use
Manage third party graphic designers on garment artwork needs, while communicating with Packaging and Trim teams on artwork timelines
Work closely with third party graphic designers to create seasonal garment artwork
Keep track of POS / brand asset life span to be able to replace in a timely manner
Manage any seasonal content updates as needed.
Collaborate with outside vendors as needed
Execute upon POS / digital asset resize for accounts
Assist in seasonal gifting needs
Provide actionable insights and tactical recommendations by channel


QUALIFICATIONS

2-3 years of marketing experience within a consumer-based company
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, PR or related fields, or equivalent experience
Experience in retail marketing and/or digital marketing
Excellent Knowledge of PC and MAC operating systems
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint specifically)
Knowledge of Adobe Suite Programs (Illustrator and InDesign specifically)
Success working cross-functionally to complete projects
Superb organizational and multi-tasking skills

A strong work ethic, high personal values and standard
Knowledge of Digital Asset Management software an asset
Able to speak French an asset
