POSITION SUMMARY:
The Director Systems Training, will be a key partner to the business in developing training strategy for enterprise systems, as well as overseeing training design and development, coordination, and delivery.

The ideal candidate will take an enterprise-wide mindset to their work and will partner with key stakeholders at all levels to develop a strategy and approach appropriate for end-users.

He/she will work in close partnership with stakeholders and SMEs in various parts of the business, including Change Management and the Technology Process Group. The ideal candidate will be organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for training strategy, training design & development, training coordination, and training delivery plan
Work with cross-functional partners and team to develop training strategies to support business adoption of new enterprise systems, including SAP, PLM, and JDA
Manage & guide team in designing and developing training and related materials for enterprise systems
Ensure evaluation plan in place
Oversee training coordination, ensuring strong relationships with regional partners
Oversee training delivery plan, including supporting onboarding and/or train-the-trainer
Build strong partnerships with key cross-functional partners, including the Technology Process Group and Change Management

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree required; Masters degree strongly preferred.
10+ years of experience in systems and/or technical training, including strategy, development, and execution
Experienced instructional designer, systems training preferred and experience across ILT, vILT, eLearning, and microlearning preferred
Experience leading global projects with multiple stakeholders
eLearning creation designing platforms for optimal end-user experience; LMS/LXP experience preferred
Able to manage workflow with minimal oversight, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
Training evaluation
Developing and maintaining internal/external relationships
Project planning and management
Supervisory experience
Experience in consulting or advising a plus
