POSITION SUMMARY:

As one of the key talent interacting contact window, well understand PVH China talent strategy. Deliver the right message to talent market to enhance PVH Chinas ability in attracting, recruiting and retaining right talents, ultimately to support the fast expanding business in China. Continuously work on ways to improve the recruiting process and candidate experience. Stay up to date on innovative recruiting trends and practices.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

Talent Acquisition:
Maintain strategic partnership with business leaders to identify and meet current and future hiring needs, for Shanghai Office Headcounts.
Partnering primarily with functional Hiring Managers to initially establish predictive hiring metrics and proactive hiring plans at reasonable cost per hire.
Ensure that requisitions are fulfilled with qualified candidates in a timely manner, ensuring the local recruitment policy is adhere to and in accordance with company requirements.
Ensure consistent corporate image represented throughout recruiting campaigns and leading employment branding initiatives.
Develop recruitment strategy which includes job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing and comprehensive recruitment campaign planning.
Develop talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups social media, database search and referrals.
Manage and drive the full recruitment lifecycle including requisition management, sourcing, screening, assessment, selection and offering.
Proactively manage candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged for current or future opportunities.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, acting as brand ambassador when representing PVH.
Establish and maintain long-term partnership with external recruitment service providers.
Collect and analyze recruiting big data. Consult with, influence and advise business leaders on hiring decision through providing talent market intelligence and insight.
Deliver recruitment related training to business leaders.
Lead & support other talent acquisition related projects.
Involvement in all audits related to staffing and recruitments.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and act as brand ambassador when representing PVH.

Campus Recruitment
Lead & plan annual Summer Intern and Management Trainee Program for PVH China.
Connected with target universities in SH and the surrounding areas for branding promotion and junior candidate pipeline extension.
Identify suitable service provider for project execution, ensure appropriate brand image are re-presented throughout the project.
Post and manage positions on the internal and external website, participate in job fairs and joint fairs of target universities and support university campaigns.

National Share Service
Support other China markets on candidate negotiation, and offer proposal preparation.

INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CONTACTS:

Internal: HR team in different cities, varied business units, Regional Offices
External: Vendors, headhunter agencies, University teachers

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:
8-10 years of full cycle agency and/or corporate recruiting experience, with exposure to a high volume, fast-paced environment.
Proven track record in fulfilling high volume hiring, covering different levels.
Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases. Knowledge of Workday is an added advantage.
Ability to analyze and interpret data on recruitment channels to ensure strategies are working.
An innovator with experience implementing a wide range of creation and thoughtful talent acquisition strategies and programs.
Ability to learn systems, processes, and procedures quickly

Skills:
Good written/verbal communications skills in English and Chinese;
Strong project and time management skills; ability to plan tasks and timetable in advance, manage and coordinate timetable with multiple cities and business units; timely follow up with related parties to ensure all deadlines are met;
Influential and effective communicator, with strong interpersonal skills;
Team player with positive working attitude
Mature, can work Independently under fast working pace;
Well organized; Detail-oriented;
Excellent computer skills are required, including but not limited to Microsoft Office software

Education: University graduate in Business Administration related majors
