POSITION SUMMARY:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will contribute to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition department by providing a high level of customer service and maintaining quality throughout the hiring process. This position facilitates administrative support for the Talent Acquisition team including: Scheduling, managing our recruiting software/database, and supporting additional Talent Acquisition projects including social recruiting, metrics reporting, etc.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Serve as a key member of the TA team and provide support to the Recruiters and overall TA function via several activities, which may include (but isnt limited to):
Managing all interview scheduling activities across multiple functional areas that sit in the building including Supply, Creative Services, Communications, Talent Management, Licensing etc.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers with calendar management and interview schedules, including coordinating conference rooms and escorting candidates.
Providing an outstanding client and candidate experience.
Ensure the completion and accuracy of all pre-employment processes and forms, including submission of background checks and references.
Develop relationships with internal administrative staff to facilitate effective interview scheduling and planning.
Assist in the sourcing process, including screening resumes.
Collaborate with HR Coordinators to resolve and assist with employee inquiries.
Assist in coordinating company events (ex: Take Our Kids to Work Day, Internship Program).

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience and Education:
2+ years of recruitment coordination or related administrative experience.
Bachelors Degree required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint a plus.
Working with any HRIS system- preferably Workday.
