Job Description

Report directly to the HR Director, leading HR initiatives in the region/ Hub
Drive Operational Excellence, Training and Development and enhancing associate experience through various engagement and benefit programs that are globally consistent and locally relevant.
Work collaboratively toward improved business results and high levels of employee engagement.
Represent associate, management and company interests in effectively resolving issues and maintaining or enhancing productivity.
Monitor management actions and decisions to maintain legal and company policy compliance and values.
Proactively identify and recommend HR programs across the Hub/Country
Manage rollout of global programs across Hub/Country Performance Management, PVH Listens, PVH Cares etc.
Work with Country leadership to develop talent aligned with the PVH talent management process
Actively partner with business leaders to establish, implement and monitor short term and long term strategies for driving business results.
Educate supervisors and managers; monitor management actions and decisions to maintain legal and company policy compliance and values.
Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations' issues.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and other statutory requirements in each country
Supervise talent acquisition process within the Hub
Take leadership along with other leaders within country in driving employee engagement across geography
Work with C&B Team to ensure compensation & benefits in each country are competitive and equitable
Participate as member of PVH Supply HR team in function wide initiatives
As the contact point to build and manage the vendor relations


Requirements:
Post Graduate/ MBA in HR
At least 10 years relevant HR experiences in a MNC company, in a Brand company is preferred.
Solidhuman resources knowledge and experience, Good understanding of compensation and benefits principles and practices within market
Ability to drive change, inspire, coach with at least 3-4 years of HR management experience
Establish and maintain strong working relationships across functions, countries & regions
Ability to influence cross-functionally and through diverse culture to drive results
Manage short-term business decisions while driving toward long term strategic vision with strategic & pragmatic mind
Flexible & adaptable tooperate in a dynamic and fast evolvingenvironment, complexmatrix structure with changing business needs, ad hoc project requests, shifting priorities, and deadlines
Ability to synthesize andtake complex issues and draw valid actionable fact based conclusions
Detail oriented, creative mindset, and innovative in approach. Results & solutions driven
Agility to learn about practices & norms in other countries within the region
Experience of HR systems, Workday will be preferred
Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written. Proficiency in another regional language an advantage
