POSITION SUMMARY:

The Manager, Systems Training, will be a key partner to the business in design and developing training for enterprise systems, such as SAP, PLM, JDA, and others. This role will lead the training design and development, coordination, and plan for delivery.

The ideal candidate will take an enterprise-wide mindset to their work and will partner with IT, Business Process, Change Management, third party partners, and regional contacts to gather relevant training content, design the training and materials, and plan for delivery.

He/she will need to be organized, analytical, and able to drive on-time execution in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Responsible for training design & development and coordination & delivery planning
Design & develop training curriculum, training modules, and related materials (guides, presentations, job aids, SCORM) to support implementation and adoption of enterprise system, such as SAP, PLM, and JDA
Develop & administer training evaluation
Manage training coordination, partnering with regional contacts
Work with partners to incorporate system training into onboarding plan
Build strong partnerships with key cross-functional partners
Create and manage online portals or sites
Develop refresher training
Develop training communication templates
Manage timeline for training design, development, and delivery
Manage, lead, and drive execution through team

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

Experience:
Bachelors degree required; degree in Organization Effectiveness, Adult Learning, or I/O preferred
6+ years of experience in systems and/or technical training development & coordination
Experienced instructional designer, systems training strongly preferred (SAP, PLM, JDA, Salesforce, etc.)
Experience with SAP strongly preferred
Developing ILT, vILT, elearning, and microlearning strongly preferred
Managing global training projects with multiple stakeholders
Evaluating effectiveness of training
Project planning and management
Developing and maintaining internal/external relationships
Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders

Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong influencing & partnership skills
Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office suite and talent and learning systems
Highly proficient in content authoring tools
Detail oriented
Strong time management and prioritization
Excellent planning and organizational skills
