Job Description

As our Corporate Branding Project Manager, you will oversee the intake and output of work for the Corporate Branding team, including: creative concept development, graphic design, presentation design, motion graphics, video production, and related projects.

As the nexus for project requests from business units and functional teams across the organization, your role is highly relational and requires skill in three key areas: relationship management, project management, and creative problem solving.

1. Relationship Management
In working with comms members, external vendors, and internal stakeholders, you are one part diplomat, one part producer.
Successful client service or account management experience is a plus, and excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, are required.

2. Project Management
Coordinating work across Design and Video production teams requires you to be level-headed, solutions-oriented, deadline-focused, and process-driven. You bring order to chaos and raise potential issues before they become real. Proven effectiveness developing and/or leading project management in a fast-moving, high-volume creative departmentagency or corporatewould prepare you well for this role.

3. Creative Problem Solving
Close collaboration with Corporate Branding team members as well as our stakeholders requires flexibility, creativity, and resourcefulness in solving challenges and coming up with new ways to improve our workflow. A background in planning and inherent resourcefulness are desired.

Work with department leads to be the gatekeeper of all work in and out of the Corporate Branding studio
Work with department leads from Design, Video, Internal Communications, and Editorial to make sure all work is prioritized and resourced to ensure timely delivery.
Track timelines and status for all Corporate Branding projects and communicate with department leads/business stakeholders to keep them updated
Flag delays and/or course corrections in real time, adjusting schedules and resources as necessary.
Work with department leads/business stakeholders to ensure all relevant assets are provided during the lifecycle of projects so that work is informed and on-schedule.
Use and promote existing media storage and sharing environments, as well as project management tools, to maintain order across the Corporate Branding ecosystem.
Work with IT partners to upgrade and improve those environments and tools as appropriate.
Use and promote the brief as a single source of truth for all work and change requests.


Experience: 8+ years in a role that requires advanced organization. Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office Suite. Must have excellent communication skills and e-mail etiquette. You should be familiar with production, marketing, and communications environments. Must be digitally savvy and comfortable learning software for project trafficking and media management ( and Adobe application knowledge is a plus.

Education: Bachelors Degree in Communications, English, Journalism or Marketing

Ability to write clear, concise communications. Strong verbal communication skills. Organizational communications; proficiency with workflow, project management and asset management tools, e.g. and; understanding of technology requirements for media management and media archiving; familiarity/functional capability with Adobe CC applications. Strong project and process management skills; Ability to work confidently under tight deadlines while paying close attention to detail; Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
