Job Description

Position Summary: The Manager E-Commerce Operations -3PL is responsible for enabling effective fulfillment operations for e-commerce orders through PVH and 3PL distribution centers in North America. This position will partner with the local 3PL management teams towards overseeing the effective day-to-day movement of goods for e-commerce and wholesale fulfillment through assigned 3PL distribution channels. This position will partner with the 3PL teams towards ensuring quality, accuracy, speed, and productivity in the functional areas of receiving, put away, order processing, pack-out execution, shipping, and returns processing. This position also reports on key performance indicators that provide actionable data, identifies problems and develops recommendations which support PVH initiatives, and infuses continuous improvement in our direct-to-customer and ecommerce logistics operations.

Essential Functions of the Job:
Serve as on-site PVH resource to the 3PL team, assisting in:KPI/SLA compliance/tracking for all warehouse functional areas (receiving, returns, order cycle time, inventory accuracy, and other related SLAs).
Evaluation of current operation practices and opportunities for change/updates.
Managing flow, tracking and reporting of transfers, manual ship requests, bin check requests; as well as division inquiries and requests
Fulfillment and shipping inquiries/problem resolution
To ensure that rush and normal orders are processed timely and in compliance with documented SLAs.

Aggressively manage inventory turns and product movement within assigned locations.
Work closely with 3PL Management team evaluating key performance indicators, tracking and monitoring of SLAs, and to report on these monthly.
Identify and maintain log of current issues and identify root causes of problems and opportunities in assigned locations
Participate in network, division cost studies and help identify opportunities for continual improvement within the PVH divisions and 3PL provider
Prepare and deliver formal presentations to colleagues and management
Partner with e-commerce IT and customer service teams towards enabling PVH initiatives.
Continually develop personal and professional skills, staying on top of emerging trends and industry best practices
Contribute to continuous review and negotiations with 3PL contracts as required.
Perform other related duties as assigned
Active participation in holiday planning and readiness activities, including:Operational changes and update opportunities
Training (associate/temp/Management)
Planning and implementation of employee incentive program
Participate in the testing of operational and systemic changes to ensure PVH expectations are met.
Evaluating supply needs/cost/supply levels

Identify and maintain log of current issues and identify root causes of problems and resolution opportunities

Vendor shortages/overages/mispacks
Reporting to IC/Divisions/Logistics

Review and interpret daily operational reports and react with 3PL for immediate resolution

Direct: None
Indirect: 3PL providers, E-Commerce / DTC processing functions.

Expense: Contractual rates and validation of all 3PL expenses, minimal T&E.
