Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY: Working across the global PVH organization and its iconic brand portfolio that includes CALVIN KLEIN and TOMMY HILFIGER, the Senior Manager, Strategic Planning, Corporate Responsibility (CR), works directly with senior leadership to develop and execute global long-term and mid-term strategies in support of the companys Corporate Responsibility (CR) agenda. This role will be responsible for driving the CR function to plan against various strategic deliverables.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Leads cross-functional special project teams in support of management to help identify and evaluate critical strategic priorities and strategic problems, and to catalyze action against these priorities through strategic and long-range planning and performance management
Supports shaping and driving the companys CR agenda by leading planning processes, aligning key stakeholders to make the biggest opportunities a reality, and spearheading transformational projects across diverse brands and business functions
Builds governance infrastructure for global CR team and interfaces with key business partners
Manages CR team events calendar with a view towards more strategically managing company and team positioning
Explores complex business issues and conducts consumer, competitive, and market analyses
Creates financial models and develops action plans to galvanize teams
Delivers high-quality plans and presentations
Demonstrates problem structuring and strategic problem-solving skills
Supervises one direct report

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Education: Bachelors degree in Business or Finance or a Masters degree in Business or Finance.

Experience: Bachelors degree and five years of overall progressive experience in program management or a masters degree and three years of experience in program management. Strategic consultancy experience is preferred.

Skills/Requirements: 3 years of experience in the following skill sets: (1) process and business analysis, (2) data analysis, (3) data visualization, (4) budget management, (5) managing others and engaging in the management of a cross-functional team, (6) creating executive level presentations and (7) developing functional and program strategic plans.
