Job Description

PVH Corp. is seeking a full-time Workday Project Manager to join our HR Systems team. This individual will be responsible for leading and managing Workday projects, including but not limited to monthly releases and other HR Technology related projects implemented via Workday.

Lead and manage the planning and implementation of all projects, utilizing project management concepts to ensure successful delivery
Develop comprehensive project management plans and facilitate prioritization across multiple projects
Proactively manage changes to project scope and devise contingency plans
Continually monitor and report on progress of all projects to stakeholders
Develop, deliver, and facilitate the review of progress reports including issue/risk logs and project status by work-steam
Create project management standards, tools, and templates to ensure consistent and successful delivery of system enhancements and new releases
Facilitate user acceptance testing for system enhancements/new functionality and assist with test plans and coordinate system testing as needed
Assist with the identification of solutions to requests being raised by the HR user community in the HCM/Recruiting/Talent areas

3+ years of experience managing Workday projects
5+ years of general Project Management experience
3+ years hands-on Workday experience (HCM/Recruiting/Talent)
Experience with defining requirements to support configuration

Bachelor Degree in Business, Computer Science or related discipline

Strong verbal and written communications skills
Must be able to manage and support multiple projects simultaneously and have strong analytical skills
Ability to learn and adapt quickly
Exceptional time management skills
