POSITION SUMMARY: Be the point of contact on the CK Executive floor. Will be responsible for greeting all visitors, answering all incoming calls, and scheduling Executive Boardroom reservations. This candidate must be able to maintain confidentiality and must possess a level of executive presence while greeting guests. This role may also assist with special projects as needed.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Answer and transfer incoming telephone calls to the respective executive, executive assistant or department.
Direct customer service related calls through the proper channels.
Schedule reservations for the Executive Boardroom; ensure room is set for meetings, A/V is in working order, and beverage carts are prepared.
Provide a weekly schedule of Executive Boardroom reservations to the housekeeper on the floor for food and beverage set-up/clean-up alignment.
Must exercise good judgement and discretion when conveying messages, greeting guests or speaking with executives and other visitors.
Be aware of surroundings (i.e. burnt-out light bulbs, food left in reception area, debris, dying flowers or dirty water in flower vases, etc.) and communicate issues to Facilities/Housekeeping in a timely manner.
Assist Executive team and Facilities with various assignments.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience: 1 year of experience required.
Education: High school or secondary school.
Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service/hospitality oriented.
Microsoft Outlook (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Preferred).
