The Senior Analyst role focuses primarily on commercial business process development for the supply chain functional area. The Senior Analyst will manage Business Process activities for the current and future logistics and supply chain processes, in coordination with the overall SAP Business Process Team; including transportation, duties, freight, purchase order management and master data capabilities. The focus will be to plan and provide oversight including discovery, validation, and documentation of processes, system analysis, scenario modeling and implementation of changes. In addition, the Senior Analyst will define and optimize how relevant business information flows throughout the enterprise.

The Senior Analyst will work seamlessly with the broader Business Process team to ensure operational excellence across the organization. Works closely with cross-functional partners to align technical solutions with business needs and enhance connectivity of business units, regions, functional areas and IT solutions/systems.

Provides support for the performance and results of the commercial business process deliverables for the SAP S4 Fashion program; including supply chain processes with an in depth knowledge in transportation, warehouse systems, duties, customs, Master Data, company hierarchy and site master capabilities.
Gather business requirements from subject matter experts in all regions and validate system functionality will support the needs.
Collaborate with business partners to develop a business process strategy based on a situational awareness of various business stakeholders and motivations; brands, regions and functions.
Apply a structured business architecture approach and methodology for capturing current state of the enterprise, desired future state, and plan to get to the end state through logical, planned tactics.
Define the data shared across the enterprise and ensure consistency.
Identify opportunities for increased efficiency through new tools and techniques.
Participate in system process reviews and testing to examine output.
Maintain strong relationships with business partners to achieve a robust and sustainable governance model.


Minimum 5 years of business experience in supply chain: logistics, transportation, duties, freight, etc.
Apparel or consumer products company experience preferred; ideally fast-moving, multi-channel business with global manufacturing/sourcing.
Prefer experience with people management and/or project management
Prefer experience with SAP and/or other ERP systems and business process mapping tools (Industry Print, etc.)

Bachelors degree is required.

Strong knowledge of supply chain processes
Practical experience designing and documenting business processes and sub-processes.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent with tools to document business processes, such as Industry Print, Visio, etc.
Ability to maintain poise and positivity in fast-paced rapidly changing environment
Proven project management skills
