Job Description

The CR Manager plays a critical role in managing the daily implementation and program administration of PVHs global Empower Women initiative. The ideal candidate will be a strong relationship-builder and communicator of CR subject matter, particularly womens empowerment/well-being/health issues, as well as possess an ability to aggregate and analyze data effectively and manage multiple tasks and systems simultaneously.

Develop, maintain and manage effective relationships with third party implementation partners and donors and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
Monitor project budget and timelines, including scheduling of factory trainings
Collect, analyze and report on program data, including quality assurance and impact metrics; Measure progress against benchmarks/targets using program data and integrate into overall vendor data.
Assist in developing presentations, dashboards and materials for internal reporting to executives across PVH
Manage grant reports and applications to donors (primarily international) as needed
Collaborate and coordinate with peer brands and industry partners on gender frameworks
Refine and leverage data tools and templates to aggregate and analyze program data to inform decision-making and program expansion
Engage with offshore CR team members to monitor program implementation and quality assurance and assist in troubleshooting issues
Provide insights to inform vendor and vendor trainer selection
Monitor and research trends in and frameworks for womens empowerment/well-being in supply chains as needed


Experience: At least 5 years relevant experience

Education: Bachelors degree required, Masters degree a plus

Ability to develop, manage and analyze large data sets including CR and supply chain data, as well as program data (quality assurance and impact metrics)
Knowledge of and experience with various database systems (Goodera)
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster and maintain collaborative relationships with external business partners and with overseas teams
Ability to think quickly, produce deliverables in a timely manner, respond to changing demands, anticipate future problems, and recommend preventive courses of action
Self-starter, demonstrates initiative
Adept written and verbal communicator with ability to listen, understand and account for different perspectives, and respond appropriately to varied audiences including external stakeholders and cross-functional partners
Experience working in international development, primarily community level program implementation and management
Experience managing grants from donors (primarily international) a plus
Knowledge of supply chain management, human rights, and womens empowerment/health/well-being in the apparel sector is preferred
Positive and team-oriented attitude with proactive approach, strong work ethic, and effective stress management
Fluency in a foreign language is a plus
