POSITION SUMMARY:
The Director of Talent Development - Learning Technologies will be a key member of the PVH University team, responsible for the global strategy for learning technologies. The role will oversee the design, implementation, and administration of our learning technology infrastructure, including our LMS, as well as the delivery of content solutions within that infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will take an enterprise-wide mindset to their work and will partner with key stakeholders at all levels within various regions, brands, functions and business areas. They will structure solutions to drive engagement and work to enhance the end user experience.

Experience with LMS implementation and administration, strong technical knowledge, and project management skills are a must. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple workstreams with various stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. He/she must be able to build strong, collaborative relationships while supporting talent development across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute short- and long-term strategy, inclusive of measurement strategy
Manage the PVH U OnDemand infrastructure (LMS/learning platform) including new system/set up, integrations, implementations, new content providers, enhancements, updates and ongoing maintenance.
Support our global L&D partners in developing and/or expanding their use of our learning infrastructure to meet their local/regional needs.
Understand business priorities and proactively look for ways to improve processes to create efficiency and scale.
Identify/execute opportunities to improve productivity, adoption, and the end-user experience.
Partner with the Legal team deliver global online Compliance training.
Oversee PVH U OnDemand content, user accounts, data transfers, course registrations, notifications, troubleshooting, and training.
Work across Talent Management team to plan, develop, and implement academies online presence and online learning (i.e. training portals and learning paths).
Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
Consult with business partners to understand needs and determine appropriate solutions.
Oversee PVH U OnDemand project plans, training intake requests and OnDemand inbox.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree required; Masters degree strongly preferred.
10+ years of experience in training program design, development, and implementation
6+ years of experience in system implementation, configuration, and administration
6+ years of experience in blended learning approach (ILT, vILT, elearning, microlearning)
Experience designing platforms for optimal end-user experience; LMS/LXP experience preferred
Advanced knowledge of eLearning and microlearning instructional design methodology
Experience using eLearning authoring tools such as Camtasia, Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and Articulate 360
Data analysis, reporting, and summarizing data for key stakeholders
Developing and maintaining internal/external relationships
Project planning and management
Supervisory experience
Experience in consulting or advising a plus
