Job Description

Develop e-commerce marketing strategy to drive brand online awareness, and develop brand love. Implement the strategy across multiple online channels, include but not limit to official site, T-mall, JD store.
Manage online shopping brand experience, including but not limited to all customer touchpoint, shopping journey design, VM, brand experience.
Owner of Ecom Master Calendar. Coordinate Ecom Marketing campaigns, commercial campaigns, online store story highlight and content plan, to ensure a robust calendar that supports commercial targets and brand image.
Deliver Ecom marketing campaigns to drive effective traffic to online stores.
Develop a content plan across online stores and channels to ensure constant supply of relevant content for brand education and drive effective traffic to online stores
Responsible for planning and budget control of marketing and deliver KPIs.
Lead online store shopping journey/experience optimization, drive online store KPIs
Involve in Omni-channel CRM project. Drive new customer recruitment and customer loyalty.
Staying up to date on software or data trends, review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in Ecom marketing.
Act as a liaison between external parties and the Ecom team.
Collaborate with the global and regional marketing teams as well as relevant functions to ensure that Ecom marketing initiatives are aligned and well adapted to Ecom market/online platforms

5-7 years experience in branding marketing / campaign planning, minimum 3 years experience in digital marketing/e-commerce field. Working experience in international brand is must.
