About the job


The Receptionist will be the point of contact on the PVH Human Resources floor. Will be responsible for greeting all visitors, answering all incoming calls, and scheduling reservations for the Executive floor as needed. This candidate must be able to maintain confidentiality and possess a level of executive presence while greeting guests. This role may also assist with special projects as needed.

Responsibilities:
Answer and transfer incoming telephone calls to the respective executive, executive assistant or department.
Direct customer service related calls through the proper channels.
Direct incoming deliveries and visitors.
Must exercise good judgement and discretion when conveying messages, greeting guests or speaking with executives and other visitors.
Update interoffice telephone directory using access software.
Maintain parking garage and associate vehicle data base.
Schedules conference call lines per requests.
Be aware of surroundings (i.e. burnt-out light bulbs, food left in reception area, debris, dying flowers or dirty water in flower vases, etc.) and communicate issues to Facilities/Housekeeping in a timely manner.
Assist Executive team and Facilities with various assignments.

Experience and Education:
Prefer 1-2 years Administration working experience.
High school or secondary school.

Skills:
A positive team player, independent and detail-oriented.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong time management skill; ability to plan tasks and take a proactive approach.
Self-motivated, can work effectively under fast pace with pressure.
Highly responsible and has great attention to details.
Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
