CR Specialist Strategic Planning - PVH Corp. Job in New York, VT

POSITION SUMMARY: Working across the global PVH organization and its iconic brand portfolio that includes CALVIN KLEIN and TOMMY HILFIGER, the Specialist, Strategic Planning, Corporate Responsibility (CR), supports the Senior Manager, Strategic Planning, CR to plan, design, execute and track against various strategic and cross-functional initiatives for the global CR function.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

Supports and helps develop the business planning processes of the global CR function managing governance calendar and related strategic tools
Supports effective planning and project management for cross-functional special projects that work to deliver CR strategic priorities
Explores relevant business issues and conducts consumer, competitive, and market research
Creates strategy models, high-quality presentations and executive materials
Develops and tracks strategic action plans
Coordinates deliverables across functions, brands and businesses

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Education: Bachelors degree in Business or Finance or a Masters degree in Business or Finance.

Experience: Bachelors degree and three years of overall progressive experience in program management or a masters degree and two years of experience in program management. Strategic consultancy experience is preferred.

Skills/Requirements: 2 years of experience in the following skill sets: (1) business and process planning, (2) data analysis, (3) data visualization, (4) creating executive level presentations and (7) creating and tracking project management processes and tools.
