The Senior HR Representative (Corp) is the primary contact forthier designated population of associates within the Bridgewater Offices and Remote Field of approximately 300-450 associates.Responsible for providing detailed and accurate information as it pertains to payroll information, benefits, leave of absences, company policies or procedures, and State and Federal laws. The Senior HR Representative is responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service and maintains a team player approach within the department. Responsible for a large amount of administrative duties, reviewing paperwork and projects for other administrators, Insures proper completion of benefit enrollment, associate changes, onboarding and off boarding. Must have basic knowledge in workers compensation and disabilities practices. Will be responsible in coordinating company sponsored events and fundraisers, and assisting with special projects.
Directly responsible for all changes to associates records in a timely manner in Workday- salary changes, promotions, demotions, reduction of hours, increase in hours, address changes, and terminations. Verifies all supporting documentation and approvals are received. Oversees auditing of actions for accuracy
Verify the integrity and completion of all New Hire documentation to meet or exceed the requirements of Sarbanes- Oxley and Internal Audit. Ensures that state and federal documents (I-9s, W-4, minor work permits, etc.) are filled out correctly, are present and comply with applicable laws in addition to meeting companys policy and procedure requirements.
Responsible for accurate benefits enrollment processing ensuring all enrollments meet IRS regulations. Collaborate with Benefits department on resolving benefit related issues.
Partner with Recruitment team to ensure all new associates have reference and background checks completed (where applicable) and all offer packets and onboarding e-mails are sent in a timely manner.
Assist with formal intern program by attending job fairs and on campus interviews as needed, phone screening of potential candidates and scheduling interviews. Assist with entry level recruitment.
Oversee and manager all Workers Compensation, Short Term and Long Term Disability processes. Involved in extensive communication with the associate, his/her Manager and the appropriate HRBP to ensure all information is covered, ensures HIPPA compliance, and coordinates with federal and state laws.
Responsible for monthly and weekly report maintenance and auditing within the Bridgewater and New York HR offices.
Regular review and analysis of State labor laws and postings to ensure compliance.
Monitor unemployment claims to ensure all unemployment claims are processed and communicated to state and vendor timely, and accurately to avoid the least negative impact on PVH.
Handle inquiries regarding the performance management cycle and merit increases.
Train and assist all HR Administration associates across locations. Act as a point of contact for questions regarding Workday, leave administration, unemployment, policy and procedure, etc.
Oversee the scheduling, negotiation and monitor regular building wide vendor visits including: Blood Drives, Country Carts, NJM insurance, etc.

Experience: 2-4 years of Human Resources experience required

Education: College Degree preferred.

Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills. Detail oriented and organization ability. Self starter, flexible and analytical. PC skills (MS Word, Excel). Knowledge of Workday preferred.
