The Visual Presentation Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Heritage Business Divisions with Market and In-Store Visual Merchandising Strategies and the Field Merchandising team with consistent and clear communication tools.
Design and deploy Seasonal Merchandising Guides for all Heritage DFG and Sportswear divisions to the field team for all Key Accounts (Spring and Fall, with Holiday key item addendums).
Design and deploy Quarterly Merchandising Directives for all Heritage Sportswear Divisions to KOHLS, JCP, MACYS, and BELK. Ensure these Directives align with each accounts Plan-o-Grams and are posted on their internal portals. Divisions include IZOD, VH, and DKNY.
Develop quarterly go-to-market 3D plan-o-gram renderings to support division merchandising strategies for all Heritage Sportswear Divisions, and all Key Accounts. Divisions include IZOD, VH, DKNY, and SPEEDO.
Create renderings/mock-ups to support business strategies, pitches and proposals on an as-need basis (i.e. launches, outposts, etc.). This includes all Heritage Divisions (DFG, IZOD, VH, DKNY, and SPEEDO).
Develop Shot List 3D floor guides to marketing department to support and guide seasonal POS graphic needs. Divisions include IZOD, VH, DKNY, and SPEEDO.
Assist in seasonal showroom updates to support business strategies for all Heritage Divisions.
Assist in quarterly trade shows for the DFG division and SPEEDO.
Assist in the creation of new fixture and collateral initiatives, with out-of-the box design to disrupt the current retail space.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:0-2 years experience in Marketing/Sales/Visual Merchandising.
Education: B.A. or B.S is required.
Experience with Sketchup or a similar rendering tool.
Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.).
Proficiency in Auto CAD is not required, but is a plus.
Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
