Department Description
The TH Marketing & Communications department has 3 key objectives:

\n\nDrive traffic and conversion @ full price

\nIts scope includes settingstrategies, andgiving direction and servicing the business of its clients: Divisions, Countries, Departments, Licensing Partners and Senior Management. It is the point of liaison between client needs, the brand and the final consumer.
\n
\nOur core competences cover a wide variety of capabilities: brand management, corporate communications, advertising, media management, promotion management, trade marketing,campaign creation, in-store marketing (POS), digital marketing, event management, sponsoring, PR management and celebrity endorsement.
\n
\nFor this internship the candidate will work within the communications department and support two teams: PR & Earner Media and Global Celebrities.
\n
Goal:
\nThis internship aims at giving the candidate a broad overview of the fundamentals of PR and Earner Media, VIP and Influencers content.
\n
\nAdditionally, by shadowing a global celebrities project from start to finish, the candidate will develop a strong understanding of the VIP & Influencers team and its key functions, while improving vital skills such as time management, attention for detail, organization and overall project management skills.

\nGaining knowledge of how the Celebrities and Influencers team works
\n\nOrder, track and send samples that will be used for celebrity dressing
\nHelp with travel and accommodation of key talents
\nSample shipment management with Brand Marketing, Facilities and Worldnet
\nCreation of commercial invoices & IFI forms working directly with PVH customs for approval
\nCreate the shipment deck working closely with Brand Marketing

\n\nDraft itineraries for main talents
\nTrack samples
\nHelp with curating a guest list for the event
\nLiaise with other internal teams regarding all needs for talents
\n\n
\nInfluencers campaigns
\n\nGain a full understanding of the campaigns schedule (brainstorming, reach out and launch)
\nProvide support on look books castings
\nLiaising with licensing partners to support talents needs

Requirements
\nIt is mandatory that you are still enrolled in a university or school program at the start date of the internship. Please note this is not a thesis-oriented internship but more to gain experience in a global work environment.
\nThe candidate must be eligible to work in the EU
\nStart date: February 2020; Duration: 6 months
