Department Information
The objective of the Business Controlling team within PVH Europe is to act as the bridge between the Business and Finance; supporting the Business owners to translate their strategies into budgets and long term plans; and with that setting and safeguarding financial targets for PVH Europe.

Position Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our PVHE Controlling team. Your main task/focus will be to partner with the business on financial topics, provide meaningful financial insights and drive the planning process for certain areas of the business.

\nResponsibilities
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
\n\nForm strong trusted relationships with the Business (Business Partnering) and support in decision making with financial implications;
\nManage and grow a team of Controllers;
\nFor areas of responsibility:
\nManage the full Budget cycle/ 3-year plans;
\nDrive the month end Controlling activities and monthly Re-estimates;
\nEnsure control, accuracy, predictability and timely delivery of results;
\nControl CAPEX and support in ROI analysis and investment prioritization;
\nProvide meaningful analysis and commentary to Head of Controlling and Sr. Stakeholders;
\nMonitor, understand and challenge the full P&L of PVH Europe;
\nPro-actively identify and drive profitability improvement initiatives and actively challenge existing ways of working;
\nIdentify opportunities and suggest how to capture them;
\nIdentify risks and suggest how to overcome them;
\nImprove and simplify monthly reporting packs- with the aim to explain key developments to both Finance and non-Finance Stakeholders;
\nSupport with deep dives and ad-hoc requests.

Position Requirements
\nMasters in Finance/ Business Administration;
\nMinimum of 7 years experience within Controlling, FP&A and/or Consultancy;
\nSolid experience in leading and growing teams;
\nGood analytical skills and the ability to see the bigger picture;
\nAble to communicate effectively across all levels within the organization and to explain finance topics to non-finance stakeholders;
\nProven ability to form trusted relationships with Sr. Stakeholders;
\nIndependent, pragmatic with can-do mindset;
\nFlexible and stress resistant;
\nFitting inour casual company culture;
\nStrong Excel and PowerPoint skills;
\nSAP/Business Warehouse/BPC.
