Position Description
Goal:
\nBy shadowing a global content project (i.e. Tommy Jeans or Tommy Kids) from start to finish, the intern will develop a strong understanding of the Global Content team and its key functions, while improving vital skills such as time management, attention for detail, organization and overall project management skills.

\nProject Description:
\nThe 6-month internship will be broken into the four key phases of the Global Content team: Brief, Concept, Production and Post-Production, with the core accountabilities of the intern bulleted out below. The hope is for the intern to take their theoretical learnings from university and put them to use in the real world by developing a range of skills from project management, time management, to image retouch, creating meaningful asset overviews and managing the archival of global content assets; ultimately experiencing the full life cycle of a global advertising campaign.

\nBrief
\n\nGaining knowledge of how the Global Content team works (shadowing project manager and coordinator)
\nLearn and develop skills on internal asset databases
\nDeveloping internal network reaching out to and working with various teams


\n\nConcept
\n\nAttend concept presentations
\nReview with key stakeholders and consolidate feedback
\nShare feedback in a thoughtful, clear and concise way to our internal agency
\nArchiving concepts on the internal global server in a clear and structured format
\n\n
\nProduction
\n\nSample shipment management with Brand Marketing, Facilities and Worldnet
\nCreation of commercial invoices & IFI forms working directly with PVH customs for approval
\nCreate of the shipment deck working closely with Brand Marketing
\n\n
\nPost-Production
\n\nGain full understanding of the post-production schedule
\nCoordinate with internal agency, Brand Marketing and North American team to review and comment on retouching rounds on images and film. Should be in the lead of all communication
\nProvide consolidated feedback on time, in a clear and concise fashion
\nConstruct the Asset Update Email - an email which will be sent out to a global network of associates indicating important post-production timings
\nCreate asset overview documents
\nMaintaining and updating the image and guideline asset databases with final global content assets
\n\n
\nDaily/Weekly Tasks
\n\nResearch and preparead-weekupdates which are to be presented during weekly Global Content team meeting
\nAssist Director, project manager and coordinator with ad hoc and urgent requests
\n
Position Requirements
\nIt is mandatory that you are still enrolled in a university or school program at the start date of the internship. Please note this is not a thesis-oriented internship but more to gain experience in a global work environment.
\nThe candidate must be eligible to work in the EU
\nStart date: February 2020; Duration: 6 months
