Tommy Hilfiger is a fashion-forward lifestyle collection within the Tommy Hilfiger family, which has a focus on premium denim for men and women. The designs are inspired by American classics, finished with a modern edge and fresh spirit.

\nDepartment Information:
\nTommy Hilfiger Accessories is a fast growing division comprising all accessories product categories including handbags, small leather goods, belts, textile accessories, for men, women and kids for the lifestyles Tommy Hilfiger Sportswear and Tommy Jeans.

Position Responsibilities
\nAssist VP Accessories in creating commercial strategy and ensure company, brand, and division vision is implemented by providing high-level guidance to the team
\nProvide merchandising direction to overall TH Accessories division including country Sales team, Design, Product Development in both on-shore and off-shore
\nResponsible for all Accessories business and to meet Merchandising KPIs and timelines as set by management
\nFull understanding of consumers, customers, markets needs, and competitive landscape of Accessories business & lifestyles through analysis, (field) market research, and close collaboration with consumer insight and brand strategy to incorporate to the collection
\nCreating collection strategy, range plan, and target-setting for all accessories collection to submit to brand merchandising
\nPropose go-to-market strategy and provide guidance to key stakeholders (e.g. Marketing, Visual Merchandising)
\nInitiate, engage, delegate in activities and projects that will benefit and support Accessories division through strong collaboration with different stakeholders & departments (e.g. Marketing, Visual Merchandising)
\nEnsure balance between creativity and commerciality in collection by continuous collaboration with Design, Product Development, and Markets
\nEnsue commercial innovation and aligned collection within TH Accessories division across different product categories and lifestyle
\nStrong partnership with Merchandising leads of other divisions, closely collaborating with Apparel, Footwear divisions in Europe as well as US Accessories division, creating commercial alignment, synergy, and adopting possible best-practices
\nStrong partnership with Sales team in the market and building regular contacts with all Markets, Retail, Ecom, and Outlet
\nOwning set-up, process, content and deliverable of key milestone meetings related to markets (e.g. Market Collection Review, GAM, TTT)
\nDrive efficiency improvements by managing all end-to-end Merchandising processes, adopting best-practices, pursuing effective structures and ways of working, and working with cross-functional teams to capture opportunities and meeting divisional timelines
\nStrong partnership with all departments and functions (e.g. Design, Product Development, Buying Office, Divisional Operations, Buying & Planning, Supply Chain, NOS) and building regular contacts to ensure operational excellence
\nEngage in projects aimed at amongst others process improvements (e.g. standardization), from a Merchandising or cross-functional perspective
\nManage workload, learning, and development of team members

Requirements
\nGraduated at degree level or equivalent
\nMinimum 8-10 years experience in a wholesale driven environment with a focus on accessories / merchandise role within an globally operating apparel brand
\nFluent English both written and verbal; other languages are a plus
\nExcellent analytic and planning skills
\nExcellent presentation skills
\nMarket trends and fashion awareness as well as a strong commercial understanding
\nAble to frequently travel
\nExcellent communication, sales and negotiation skills, strong influencing abilities
\nPrevious experience of managing a team, coaching and developing preferred
\nTeam player
\nAble to work in a hectic, fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
