Department Information
Under the responsibility of the Senior Sales Manager Strategic Accounts, you will be in charge of the Set strategic direction for Department Stores, ensure vision is implemented by providing high-level guidance to teams via highlighting areas of attention and KPIs.\n \nYour main missions are:\n \nResponsible for reaching EBIT/Net Sales targets for key accounts, through overseeing and providing support on development and maximization of direct/forward order sales within all chosen channels and segments\n \nGain in-depth understanding of markets by pursuing market research and pass on relevant information (e.g. trends, competitor analysis, country analysis) to relevant stakeholders\n \nLead high-level budgetary planning for forward order sales in collaboration with Wholesale Director and hand-over divisional budgets, as agreed upon with Department Stores, to other Heads/Key Account Managers for further specification per door\n \nResponsible for capitalization on (commercial) market opportunities regarding Department Stores\n \nDrive and prepare Department Store-contract negotiations in collaboration with other Heads (for account/divisional specific forecasts), Legal (for reviewing rules and regulations), and Wholesale Director to set contract framework and prepare different scenarios\n \nAct as liaison between Department Stores and Key Account Managers by analysing and monitoring budgets, in order to advise on how to reach and outperform budgets\n \nMaintain close relationships with internal stakeholders throughout development and sell-in process (e.g. via attending Sales meetings) to ensure alignment across product groups, and act on new opportunities or issues\n \nDrive weekly result-based action plans for key consignment accounts in collaboration with e.g. Replenishment Specialist/Marketing/Retail/Visual Merchandising\n \nOversee external stakeholder management, as performed by Key Account Managers, and manage escalation of issues\n \nDrive seasonal evaluations of partner performance by providing initial input to (Key Account Manager, overseeing collaboration between Key Account Manager and Wholesale Analyst, and deciding collectively on potential actions\n \nEngage in projects aimed at e.g. quality/efficiency improvement, either from a Sales/Merchandising or cross-functional perspective\n \nAdvise on, recruit, and implement team structures that improve efficiency and that are in alignment with strategic and functional objectives\n \nProvide (ad hoc) analyses and reporting for presentations to management and key stakeholders\n \nManagement\n \nThis list is non exhaustive
