The Department
The TH General Merchandising and Product Management department covers Strategy Planning, General Merchandising, Calendar Management and Project Management to support long term company growth.
\nThe Speed Lanes team is part of this department. Our mission as Speed Lanes team is to bring more speed into our E2E calendar, where needed. The main goal of this team is to structure the speed processes and create sustainable methodologies for TH on the different speed lanes that we distinguish, all to deliver our products faster to our consumers, to stay relevant and attractive.

Position
The Project Manager Speed Lanes is an integral member of the Speed Lanes team who will consult with executives, business partners, and IT partners to assess current opportunities for improvement of speed.

In addition, the Project Manager Speed Lanes will:
\n\nPlan, execute and control the Speed Lane project with strong analytical focus and understanding of consumer-centric strategies
\nAnalyze findings, frame challenges, provide options for consideration and recommendations for resolution through analysis
\nContribute to the successful implementation of the Speed Lane project with an end-to- end continuous improvement approach
\nWork with cross-functional teams on various projects (product, marketing, sales, merchandising, design, logistics, etc), with the aim to lead a focus on solving consumer, regional and/or organizational needs
\nFacilitate meetings and workshops with all levels of the organization
\nNurture a flexible and collaborative mindset within a creative and inspiring culture
\n\n

\nYou bring:
\n\nUniversity degree from a leading business school/ university
\n3-5 years experience in project management, change management, project planning
\nExpert Microsoft office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
\nFluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
\nAbility to work and live in the Netherlands without sponsorship
\n\n
\nNice-to-haves:
\n\nPrevious experience in retail and/or fashion
\nExperience in Agile transformation
\nExperience with more traditional project management methods / PMOs
\n\n
