Position Description
The candidate will lead our store branded Tommy Hilfiger, sited in Florence.\n\n\nMission: The candidate, working closer to the Area Manager, has to ensure and collaborate to achieve company and store targets, according to our internal procedures.\n\nMain Responsibilities:\n\n\n\tTeam training and coaching on selling ceremony in order to provide the best customer service experience\n\tTeam management, including hiring, performance evaluation, scheduling\n\tMotivation of the staff\n\tDaily and monthly breafing and meeting with store staff\n\tAnalysis, interpretation and sharing of KPI's\n\tOverview of the store's income statement (P&L) and respect of costs and head count of the store\n\tGeneral store accounting\n\tOrders management (goods loading / unloading, goods handling between stores, etc.)\n\tStock take management\n\tShare company values and culture
Position Requirements
\tAt least 4 years of experience as Store Manager in a multinational company\n\tDeep knowledge of Florentin customers and market\n\tPublic Relations oriented\n\tDeveloped communicative skills\n\tPositive approach to problem solving\n\tExcellent organizational and time management skills\n\tBusiness proficiency in English\n\tThe knowledge of others languages will be positively valued\n\tIT skills (Office, in particular Excel)
