Communicate closely with retail managers on reports/ procedure standardization.
Assist in the completion of reports to Regional Office.
Provide in-depth sales analysis to the retail team and boost the sales.
Provide recommendation on the retail store operation and sales improvement.
Organize retail team to share best practice.
Follow up stores commercial performance through different sales analysis and productivity reports, including daily/weekly/monthly analysis reports etc
Participate and coordinate in budgeting and forecasting for retail operations department
Assist Retail VP to consolidate, and share best practices among different brands in different cities, and support wherever required to implement best practices
Align related forms, process among Calvin Klein and Tommy brands; ensure the accuracy and consistency in China
Support Retail VP to work on varied projects, provide necessary supports whenever required
