POSITION SUMMARY:
The Project Executive will work as part of a Content Creation team to coordinate a project from initiation to completion. This person will be responsible for managing the day-to-day workflow process, milestone schedule and deadlines associated with creating multi-channel campaign assets including digital assets and printed materials for marketing. This role also overseeing all casting/styling across all Calvin Klein brands throughout the Asia Pacific region, staying in line with the seasonal direction from the New York head office.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Work alongside the Content Creation team to develop design concepts and directions for marketing materials, campaigns and multiple projects.
Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
Create a project calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
Proactively and consistently conceive of, define, and develop process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity across the creative team as well as cross functional teams.
Spearhead and help drive the production and creative for all local campaigns / initiatives across brands.
Suggest talent proposal, product selections and coordinate styling process with stylists, keep consistencies amongst all digital/retail projects and initiatives.
Liaison between the agencies and third parties, ensuring that deliverables are on strategy, on time and within budget._____________________________________________________________

CREATIVITY: Must possess high degree of fashion aesthetic; interest in trends, lifestyles, competitors and media. Support introduction of new ideas. Can work within the creative process effectively, and support bring ideas to realization. Must be flexible and solution oriented with a positive attitude toward teamwork. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt quickly to quick changes, requests and deadlines.
TEAMWORK: Builds good working relationships; collaborates toward deadlines and deliverables. Able to communicate effectively across the team and organization.
ORGANIZING: Works according to defined schedules and deadlines; takes direction well and able to work with high accountability; manages own work and tracks progress. Seeks out resources to get things done; able to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
ENVIRONMENT: Flexibility to work with deadlines and demanding workflow in a timely manner.
Functional Competencies:
Proven ability to handle multiple projects at once and adapt quickly to changing priorities
Highly organized and attentive to detail
Ability to collaborate with a multi-department team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledgeable on creative input and design direction to assist creative team on feedback from executive and business teams.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience: 2-3 years professional experience working with creative teams
Education: Degree/Certification in Project Management or proven work experience equivalent
Skills:
A proven track record in Project Co-Ordinator/Manager within a presentation or graphic design capacity
Understanding and proficiency of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Strong PowerPoint, World and Excel skills
Familiarity with multiple project management methodologies
Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills
Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Able to harness relationships both internally and externally
