The Project Analyst works with the respective Regional Value Chain of Future (VCoF Team ), Hub Lead, business and cross-functional teams and the third party partner to review the solution proposals, define the business objectives and the business case, develop the solution approach and the implementation plan and manage the project execution & deliverables. The analyst also needs to work closely with the commercial teams to support the commercialization.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Support the VCoF Project Lead to define the appropriate project management framework and the project governance.
Work with the regional teams and support any research and data collection/ analysis required.
Support the regional teams to review and shortlist the potential proposals/ initiatives.
Support the regional teams to define the business case, the budget and the resources required.
Work with the regional teams and support the implementation under the defined project management framework and project governance.
Monitor the project progress, report and escalate any issues / risks.
Prepare the executive summary and support various project review meetings.
Support the regional team and the hub lead to engage with the respective business units and markets (i.e. Calvin Klein / Tommy Hilfiger / Heritage Brands, PVH Asia) for the commercialization and pilot/ implementation, including the business case development.
Work with cross-functional teams, key business and 3rd party stakeholders to define and deliver the solution.
Collaborate and work closely with other US Supply VCoF team and innovation teams (EU/ Asia), share the ideas/ learnings and support any pilots in the regions if required.

Experience:
Bachelors degree or above (Business, Supply Chain or Project Management is preferred)
>3years in business consulting, program / project management or acting as internal consultant role
Experience in business innovation / transformation projects (highly preferred)
Track record of directly managing and implementing projects in complex, world-class organizations
Experience and knowledge in defining the communication approach and communicating in a complex organization
Experience/exposure to Asia, China and/ or India is preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) credible at top management level and with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Good Chinese / Mandarin and English
Good business acumen.

Strong Can-do attitude to drive results.

Excellent skills in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, etc.
