Job Duties:
Process analysis and improvementIdentify pain points and potential improvement area with justifiable evidence
Draft, formalize and propose new process with convincing advantage
Create workshop with related teams for further analysis and brainstorming
Implementation and change management
Project managementCreate project scope, coordinate project team and pilot projects
Support the project and provide guidance and leadership
Ensure the respect of project deadlines within your project team
Team support, training and knowledge managementRaise team efficiency by providing support or training
Facilitate knowledge and information sharing among teams
Corporate alignmentLiaise with different offices and departments within Footwear team to ensure alignment within the division
Liaise with Global supply chain organization to ensure alignment of practices globally
Prepare presentation and report on project status and implementation to the higher management
Requirements:
Associate degree or above.
At least 5 years experience in continuous improvement and project management. Experience of international supplying chain and/or manufacturing is a plus.
Good communication in Chinese/English.
Expertise in MS Office, VBA is a plus.
Strong analytical mind-set and project management skills
Able to identify problems and implement solution.
