POSITION SUMMARY:
Highly collaborative logistics role that supports divisional strategic initiatives, CFIs (critical few initiatives) and special projects. Liaison to the business divisions providing direction, support and alignment across all areas of global logistics.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Provide support for RFID expansion across PVH brands and customers.
Provide Logistics expertise in conjunction with PVH RFID pilot/programs.
Collaborate with PVH business teams to provide strategic support on RFID initiatives that impact the Logistics organization.
Active participant in Business strategies and tactical execution.
Provide logistics support and expertise to identify, recommend, and implement process enhancements based on industry, corporate, or brands best practices.
Identify and recommend scalable solutions that drive continuous improvement, increased efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify resource needs and prioritize projects with senior management.
Prepare and deliver presentations to key business stakeholders to communicate status of current projects and industry trends.
Coordinate with customer compliance team to research/resolve customer chargebacks specific to RFID.
Identify opportunities to leverage RFID technologies to improve shipment accuracy from factory to customer.
Support development and implementation of RFID business use cases in partnership with PVH Engineering & IT teams.
Support the implementation of an RFID Tunnel Solution and evaluate results of DC Audits (inbound, outbound).
Participate in activities to pilot new technologies into the PVH Supply Chain (i.e. Block Chain etc.).
Industry Engagement -
Participate / Represent PVH in industry RFID initiatives.
Keep current on relevant RFID trends via webinars, conferences, networking and share updates.
Solution Providers
Establish business relationships with solution providers and evaluate capabilities and changes on an ongoing basis.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience: 3-5 years RFID technical and/or RFID business experience
Education: College Degree required.
Skills:
Must be detail-oriented, with strong organizational, project management and critical thinking skills.
Have a keen sense of awareness for business issues and ability to anticipate.
Superior presentation capabilities.
Ability to communicate/interact with associates and management of all levels and skill sets.
Strong proficiency in MS office tools.
Excellent at handling changing priorities: multi-tasking.
Ability to influence effectively without authority.
Exceptional follow up skills to ensure projects remain on track and meet deadlines.
