\nWe are looking for an enthusiastic Field Engineer as part of the Field Services Team who can implement and support our technical infrastructure and applications in various types of selling locations. Customer Value and automation are key in deployment and configuration of our landscape. The focus should be on smart and remote implementations, but travelling may occur. You are considered an ambassador to our retail and digital selling network so collaboration and maintaining a healthy relationship with local end-users and (IT) partners is key.

Position Description
YOU WILL:
\n\nPlan, control, oversee and/or execute the support and delivery of tech solutions to stores
\nTake responsibility and ownership of roll-outs and maintenance bringing impactful solutions to selling locations
\nRespond to problems and incidents that cannot be resolved by Tech Support
\nWork with development and infra teams, partners and local IT to ensure sustainable solutions
\nContinuously improve and optimize roll-out processes
\nFlag and provide feedback to teams who are an important contributor to the design and build of optimized in-store solutions
\nDocument key processes and train local IT, so they can become self-maintaining
\nWork (on-call) shifts and odd hours if needed
\nAdhere to and help define SLAs by close collaboration with Tech Support and vendors
\nNurture and shape the relationship with our end-users and drive an exceptional service experience
\nCollaborate with subject matter experts and adjacent teams from various domains
\n\nYOU ARE:

Requirements
YOU HAVE:
\n\nA solid background in tech support and/or retail services
\nGood communication skills and an open, forward-thinking and enthusiastic personality
\nExperience working in a dynamic environment where customer happiness drives success
\nExperience in driving implementations and roll-outs
\nKnowledge of a variety of devices such as iPhone, iPad, laptops and POS
\nWillingness to improve every single day and a positive state of mind
\nKnowledge of Linux, IOS and Windows operating systems
\nKnowledge of remote controlling solutions
\nKnowledge of Futura and GK POS systems
\nKnowledge of (Meraki) Networking infrastructures
\nExperience with automation technologies to enable smart roll-outs, such as Ansible
\n\nCHEERIES ON TOP:
\n\nExperience with Lean, Agile, DevOps practices and/or ITIL methodology
\nExperience with SAP
\nKnowledge of retail processes
\nExperience with Virtual environments
\nExperience with ticketing and collaboration tools such as Slack, Jira, Confluence and/or TopDesk
