Position Description

\nWe are looking for an enthusiastic Infrastructure Engineer as part of the IT Retail Infrastructure Team who can implement and scale the technical store systems for PVH Europe. Customer value and automation are key in deployment and configuration of our landscape. We are working towards enabling autonomous teams and hands-off deployments to facilitate DevOps practices. You would be mentoring other team members and considered an ambassador to both our end-users and vendors or third parties. Therefore, collaboration and maintaining a healthy relationship with adjacent teams is key.

\n\nTake care of the daily administration, trouble shooting and reporting of all back-office systems, as well as their related network infrastructure components like data, voice, video, wireless and security
\nParticipate in all operational tasks needed to keep the landscape running smoothly
\nBe part of a skilled operational team, striving to improve all aspects of the PVH EU IT environment
\nTranslate architectural solutions into scalable and sustainable implementations
\nActively collaborate to reduce complexity in our landscape
\nStandardize and automate where possible, to enable teams to move faster and become truly autonomous
\nPlan, control, coordinate and/or execute the support and delivery of tech solutions to stores
\nRespond to problems and incidents that cannot be resolved by Tech Support
\nWork with development teams, partners and local IT to ensure sustainable solutions
\nContinuously improve and optimize
\nDocument key processes and train Local IT, so they can become self-maintaining
\nWork (on-call) shifts and odd hours if needed
\n
Position Requirements
You have:
\n\n5 + years working in Retail Technology environment
\nRetail process knowledge
\nExperience with Reatail EPOS systems
\nExperience in working Agile
\nExperience with Virtual environments
\nKnowledge of Networking infrastructures
\nKnowledge of remote controlling solutions
\nThe ability to adapt to the fast-paced \"way of working\" which is needed to drive excellence
\nThe ability to work in a structured and standardized fashion, but you also have the ambition to be innovative in optimizing the administration and monitoring tasks for both technical and network infra systems
\nExperience working in a dynamic environment where customer satisfaction drives success
\nA strong background in infrastructure implementation and support
\nExperience with one or more of the below mentioned solutions:


\n\nMicrosoft Core Service - ACTIVE Directory/DNS/Group Policies/Exchange/SQL/SCCM
\nVirtualization Platform - VMWare vSphere 6 (OnPrem)/Rackspace/VMware Cloud/Azure/AWS.

\nCisco Meraki Networking - Routing-Switching/LAN-WAN/BGP-OSPF/ASA(Firewall and VPN)/WirelessLanControllers/Waas
\nSecurity Networking - Juniper SA/Checkpoint/CitrixNetscaler/WebProxies/IDS-IPS
