Project description
PVH Ecommerce wants to minimize the loss of current customers. Often the root causes are unclear. The main reason for this is the 'lack' or 'poor' quality of the available data to analyze. PVH Ecommerce lacks feedback on some customer touchpoints and automated win-back attempts.
\nWe are currently looking for a new vendor that has a 'retention platform' to fix root causes and retain every single customer, by collecting, analyzing and acting based on collected CSAT feedback.
\nThe CSAT Coordinator Intern leads the selection and implementing process of this new vendor.
\nGoal: implement NPS scoring on the following customer touchpoints:
\n\nafter order placement;
\nafter delivery;
\nafter a Customer Service contact and on the website.
\n\nBeing able to retain satisfied customers is adding value to our Ecommerce business!
\nCore accountabilities:
\n\nThe CSAT coordinator intern will lead the vendor selection and establish which customer feedback will be collected, when and how.
\nLearning outcomes:\n\nYou will drive an important vendor selection
\nYou will establish the fundaments of customer satisfaction analysis
\n\n\nYou will shape customer retention policy and flows
\n\n
\n\nThe customer service team will have a great benefit out of additional customer behavior analysis and close-the-loop flows out of customer feedback

Requirements
\nIt is mandatory that you are still enrolled in a university or school program at the start date of the internship.
\nThe candidate must be eligible to work in the EU
\nStart date: February 2020; Duration: 6 months
