Position Description
\nReporting into the SVP Supply Chain Management, the Senior Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating of Supply Chain project initiatives.
\nOwns the planning, execution and controlling of multiple strategic Supply Chain projects with strong analytical focus
\nDrives the problem solving process: frames problems, guides analytical modeling, and through analysis provides insights into solutions
\nAct as a coach for senior leaders and stakeholders in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor
\nActs as a contact person to the entire organization for project related tasks and various issues
\nComfortable with high levels of ambiguity and willingness to embark on potential longer term international assignments
\nFacilitates meetings and workshops with all the levels of the organization
\nEffectively manages the change driven by the project and is capable of steering the business in a new direction
\nGrow team members, and help them develop their skill set and their careers
\n
Position Requirements
\nUniversity/Engineering degree with 7-10 years of experience in project management, change management and project planning, preferably in an equivalent position in fashion, and/or retail environment
\nStrong project management, problem structuring, and strategic problem solving skills demonstrated ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis
\nStrong interest in Supply Chain and innovations within Supply Chain (eg. supply planning, process improvement)
\nAbility to deal with new and wide variety of topics
\nHands-on, result oriented and structured
\nAmbitious, highly motivated and able to perform in a pressured work environment
\nStrong team player with excellent social skills
\nHigh standard of ethics, integrity and confidentiality
\nExcellent MS Excel and Powerpoint skills
\nExcellent English language skills and ability to work in multi-cultural & multi-lingual environment
\nPassion for the fashion industry
