Department Information
To achieve this, we are looking for an enthusiasticSystem Administratorwho will implement and support the technical infrastructure of our Digital Showroom across the world. Customer value and automation are key in deployment and configuration of our landscape. We are working towards enabling autonomous teams and hands-off deployments. In this position you will be an ambassador to both our end-users and local field engineers or third parties so collaboration and maintaining a healthy relationship with adjacent teams is key.

In this role you will
\nProvide day-to-day delivery and tech support (3rd line) of Windows Desktop and Mobile applications;
\nPerform and improve the incident management process on the Digital Showroom Windows and Mobile environments and improve data distribution;
\nPro-actively identify potential risks and providing solutions;
\nImplement and update the configuration management system;
\nStandardize a worldwide Digital Showroom hybrid-system (Windows and MacOS);
\nInform local field engineers about new system updates or processes and build remote reporting lines;
\nCreate new processes to measure service by all parties involved in supporting the Digital Showroom;
\nActively participate in the change management process for Digital Showroom
\nTravel to several locations to fully support our growth and provide on-site training for the Digital Showroom environment.
\n
You have
\n5+ years proven experience with Windows Server 2016 and older, SQL Server, Windows 10, Azure, Office365, SCCM (cb), Intune (or other MDM solutions);
\nExtensive knowledge of PowerShell and PS automation,
\nAbility to architect the desired state configuration;
\nKnowledge of Ansible and MacOS;
\nJAMF certification is a plus;
\nGreat communication skills in both spoken and written English
