Department Information
The Store Operations & Retail Projects team sits with the Omni Channel Hub, which consists of Retail, Ecommerce and Omni Channel Transformation. Our department is the main function for all retail stores to ensure successful in store processes and enable store teams to offer a consistent consumer experience in our owned & operated stores. The team introduce, enhance and support working systems, tools, initiatives, elements for the stores.

Position Description
The team introduces a new communication platform (store staff app) and enhances the performance of running initiatives and tools (tax free & YEXT an Online Store Master Data platform). During this internship, you will learn key elements that support successful in store processes and country operation leads in order to enable store teams to offer a consistent consumer experience. This help drive sales and revenue for the business.

\nKey Focus Areas:
\n-Store Staff App (new):Introducing a digital solution that acts as an email killer, knowledge resource and self-service hub enabling store managers to lead their teams effectively, and empower store associates to become more informed and self-sufficient
\n
\n-Tax Free & Traveler Services (currently live): Offering seamless consumer experience in obtaining tax free and generating cash back for the business
\n
\n-YEXT Online Store Master Data (currently live):Driving further traffic to our stores in all markets by showing store data and services offered over 250 networks (i.e. Google, Facebook, Instagram)
\n
\nYour responsibilities will be:
\n
\nStore Staff App:
\n
\n\nUnderstand needs of all current (intranet) content via stakeholders
\nDefine & validate with markets rules and regulations of communication
\nSupport the planning, build, and follow-up of functions to go live on the app in the different phases, testing, gathering feedback with local users
\n\n
\nTax Free & Traveler Services
\n\nCoordinate communication between project teams to enable faster processing in stores which then offers a seamless consumer experience in stores
\nUser and integration testing
\nSupport on-going program and support optimization of such processes
\nTest scenarios building to introduce better functionality

\n\nYEXT Online Store Master Data
\n\nDeliver enhanced content via the YEXT platform: professional store images, in store services, payment methods
\nCommunicate to countries impacted figures and how to maintain accurate store data
\nIssue resolution to support country teams
\nIntroduce Franchise Store Data on the platform to drive traffic to stores

Other areas may include, performing strong communication channels and supporting on in store tools, systems, programs, services and initiatives within the store environments.
Working closely with local and global head office teams will be pivotal alongside this.

Position Requirements
\nIt is mandatory that you are still enrolled in a university or school program at the start date of the internship. Please note this is not a thesis-oriented internship but more to gain experience in a global work environment.
