Project Description
During your internship, you will lead two special projects we launch. This will be a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience, implement your own ideas, set up your own timelines and achievements so you will have much independence, while our team will support you in any way you need. This is a brief description of these projects:
\nInclusive sizes
\n\nWe are launching extended sizes (small offer) in TJ Womens for Summer/Prefall20 and Fall20
\nWe plan to launch a true Curve and B&T for Winter/PreSpring20 and you will help to:
\n\n\nWork on a biz case understand potential volume, offer size (style and options), and account distribution
\n\nNOS
\n\nWe are launching new NOS across denim and non-denim in Fall20
\nYou will create sell-in tools including:
\n\n\nVisual overviews of our NOS offer
\n\n\nVisual overviews of our new fit blocks
\n\nBesides these projects, you can help the team with:
\n\nOrganizing current and future season samples/Sample Management & sending out samples to markets
\n\n\nComplete presentations based on online competitive shopping research ahead of range planning
\nEntering data into the product lifecycle system, including entering forecasts, drop date fits and option allocation
\nEnsuring images are correctly uploaded into the Digital Showroom with accurate product descriptions
\nCreating binders/boards for presentations
\nAssisting the Merchandising team in prepping for important meetings such as preparing rails, crediting samples, organizing print outs, etc.

Requirements
\nIt is mandatory that you are still enrolled in a university or school program at the start date of the internship. Please note this is not a thesis-oriented internship but more to gain experience in a global work environment.
\nThe candidate must be eligible to work in the EU
\nStart date: February 2020; Duration: 6 months

\nYou have an affinity/knowledge in the apparel & fashion world
\nInterest in Merchandising and Fashion; having retail / commercial experience is a plus
\nYou are highly organized with the ability to plan according to priority and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
\nYou have good knowledge & computer skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word
\nYou have strong communication skills, high proficiency in English (both speaking and writing)
\nYou have a flexible attitude and a strong work ethic
\nYou have a good understanding of Tommy Hilfiger DNA and brand awareness
\nYou are willing to learn and push your boundaries!
